Lompoc Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in on June 29, 2012, only to be arrested again in Mérida, Mexico, for parole violation. Labboun was in the company of two other Hezbollah operatives from Belize.

Ali Mir is the son of the SABA in-house mullah Nabi Raza Mir (a.k.a. Nabi Raza Abidi) and Gulshan Zahera. Ali Mir is a leading figure at SABA. He is highly active in the Saba Youth Group (SYG) and a yearly participant in the Husayn Day "Peace" Walk. He also teaches Qur'an at the SABA Sunday school.
The resident mullah at Shia Association of Bay Area is the notorious Nabi Raza Mir (a.k.a. Nabi Raza Abidi).
