Rafic Labboun
Rafic Labboun (a.k.a. Wilhelm Dyck), a Hezbollah cadre and imam with the San Francisco Bay Area-based Saba Center and Fatimiyya Islamic Center of Hayward, was released from the Lompoc Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) on Friday, June 29, 2012, only to be arrested again on Saturday, September 8, 2012, in Mérida, Yucatan, Mexico, for parole violation and identity fraud (he was carrying several fake identity documents and claimed that his name is "Wilhelm Dyck"). Labboun was in the company of two other Hezbollah criminals. After spending an additional eight months in Federal custody, Rafic Labboun was released again on Friday, May 10, 2013, from FCI Dublin.
